\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tGeneral Terms and Conditions of Application and Participation in the BODY IN LOVE Zone at Dreamersland 2027<\/b>

Version dated 9 September 2026<\/b>

BODY IN LOVE is a space dedicated to massage, bodywork and treatments that support well-being. Submitting an application begins the selection process for the zone. From the applications received, the Organiser will select a limited number of Service Providers, taking into account, among other factors, their qualifications and experience, the safety of the services offered, the diversity of the offering and the overall cohesion of the zone.<\/span>

\u00a7 1. Organiser and Festival<\/b><\/h3>
1.1.<\/b> The Organiser of the Festival is DREAMERSLAND sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. \u017bega\u0144ska 21\/23, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland, KRS: 0000990809, NIP: 9522231708, REGON: 523041221, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.<\/span>

1.2.<\/b> Dreamersland Festival 2027 will take place at Za\u015bcianek Babie Lato, Ziemiary 56, 99-417 Bolim\u00f3w, Poland, from 4:00 PM on 14 July 2027 until 2:00 PM on 18 July 2027, hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”.<\/span>

1.3.<\/b> These General Terms and Conditions of Participation, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”, set out the rules for applying to the BODY IN LOVE zone, the selection of Service Providers and their participation in the Festival. Acceptance of these Terms is required in order to submit the Application Form, but does not constitute acceptance of the application or reservation of a space.<\/span>

\u00a7 2. Application, Selection and Conclusion of the Agreement<\/b><\/h3>
2.1.<\/b> Submission of the Application Form constitutes an application to participate in the selection process. It does not constitute acceptance into the zone, reservation of a space, conclusion of the Agreement, or any obligation on the part of the Organiser to enter into a collaboration.<\/span>

2.2.<\/b> The number of spaces in the BODY IN LOVE zone is limited. Applications are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The Organiser will select Service Providers with the aim of creating a cohesive, safe and diverse space. Factors taken into consideration may include, in particular: qualifications and experience, the type and safety of the Services offered, the diversity of the offering, and technical requirements.<\/span>

2.3.<\/b> During the selection process, the Organiser may request additional information or documents, photographs, clarification of technical requirements, or participation in a meeting.<\/span>

2.4.<\/b> A person selected to participate in the zone will receive an email confirming acceptance of their application, hereinafter referred to as the “Acceptance”. Receipt of the Acceptance means that the Service Provider has qualified for the next stage and may proceed with payment for the selected Package.<\/span>

2.5.<\/b> Following the Acceptance, the Organiser will issue an invoice for the approved Package and any additional services. The payment deadline is 14 days, unless a different deadline is specified on the invoice.<\/span>

2.6.<\/b> The Agreement for participation in the BODY IN LOVE zone is concluded and the space is finally reserved once full payment has been received within the specified deadline. Failure to make payment on time will result in the Acceptance expiring, and the Organiser may offer the space to another applicant.<\/span>

2.7.<\/b> The terms of the Agreement consist of the information contained in the accepted Application Form, the Acceptance, these Terms, the invoice, and any organisational and technical guidelines for participation in the Festival provided by the Organiser.<\/span>

3.1.<\/b> The Package price includes an unfurnished space of the approved size and the services specified in \u00a7 4. In particular, the price does not include a massage table, screen, tent, textiles, hygiene supplies, equipment, or any other elements required to furnish the stand.<\/span>

3.2.<\/b> If a power supply is used, the Service Provider must provide their own functional cable at least 30 m long and suitable for outdoor use. Power requirements exceeding 300 W must be agreed with the Organiser in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.<\/span>

3.3.<\/b> The amount stated on the invoice will correspond to the approved Package and any additional services ordered. If the applicable VAT rate changes, the price will be adjusted accordingly in compliance with applicable law.<\/span>

\u00a7 4. Organisation of the Zone<\/b><\/h3>
4.1.<\/b> The exact location of the stand within the BODY IN LOVE zone will be determined by the Organiser. The Organiser may change its location for organisational, technical, or safety reasons.<\/span>

4.2.<\/b> The Package includes 2 Festival passes, access to the general campsite, and access to the designated parking area.<\/span>

4.3.<\/b> The Service Provider is responsible for providing and preparing their own stand, weather protection, and all necessary materials. Set-up, deliveries, day-to-day operations, and dismantling must be carried out in accordance with the schedule and organisational guidelines provided by the Organiser.<\/span>

4.4.<\/b> The Service Provider must keep their stand and its immediate surroundings clean and orderly, separate waste, and remove their own equipment, waste, and any resulting dirt or contamination after the Festival. The Organiser is not responsible for storing the Service Provider’s equipment, products, personal belongings, or cash.<\/span>

4.5.<\/b> Access routes, passageways, emergency exits, fire access routes, and access to technical installations must remain unobstructed. The Organiser has the right to immediately suspend any activity that poses a risk or violates applicable law or safety requirements.<\/span>

\u00a7 5. Qualifications and Safety of Services<\/b><\/h3>
5.1.<\/b> Every person providing a massage or treatment must hold qualifications appropriate to the type of Service provided, confirmed by a relevant diploma, certificate, or other document. The Organiser may request documents confirming such qualifications before the Agreement is concluded.<\/span>

5.2.<\/b> If the Service offered constitutes a healthcare service, the practice of a medical profession, or any other activity for which specific authorisations are required by law, the person providing the Service must hold all qualifications, authorisations, and registrations required by law. A certificate of completion of a private course does not replace qualifications or authorisations required by applicable law.<\/span>

5.3.<\/b> The Organiser recommends that Service Providers hold valid liability insurance covering their business activities and the Services offered during the Festival.<\/span>

5.4.<\/b> Before providing a Service, the person performing it must obtain the information necessary to assess any contraindications, inform the Client about the nature and course of the Service, and obtain the Client’s informed and voluntary consent. The Client has the right to stop the Service at any time.<\/span>

5.5.<\/b> The Service Provider must ensure appropriate hygiene standards and protect the Client’s privacy.<\/span>

5.6.<\/b> Without the Organiser’s prior approval, it is prohibited to perform treatments that break the skin or tissue, injections, collection of biological material, administration of medicinal products, or procedures requiring conditions appropriate to a healthcare facility.<\/span>

5.7.<\/b> The Service Provider may use terms such as “medical”, “therapeutic”, or “rehabilitation” and make claims regarding diagnostic or therapeutic effects only where there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so and the Service Provider holds the required qualifications. The Service Provider is responsible for the manner in which the Services are offered and provided and for their relationship with the Client.<\/span>

5.8.<\/b> If the Service Provider collects or processes data relating to their Clients, including health data, they do so independently and under their own responsibility, in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. Such data must not be transferred to the Organiser without an appropriate legal basis.<\/span>

\u00a7 6. Withdrawal, Changes and Liability<\/b><\/h3>
6.1.<\/b> Once the Agreement has been concluded, withdrawal from participation or the Service Provider’s absence during the Festival does not constitute grounds for a refund of any fees paid.<\/span>

6.2.<\/b> If the Festival is cancelled, fees paid will be settled in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser will not cover costs incurred by the Service Provider in preparation for participation in the Festival, including in particular travel expenses, accommodation costs, stand preparation costs, or loss of profit.<\/span>

6.3.<\/b> The Organiser may change the date, location, programme, schedule, or spatial layout of the Festival for significant organisational, technical, or safety reasons, due to decisions of competent authorities, or due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. If, despite such changes, the Service Provider is still able to participate on substantially the terms agreed, the change itself does not constitute grounds for a refund.<\/span>

6.4.<\/b> Each Party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. The Service Provider is responsible for the actions of their Personnel, the organisation and safety of the stand, the products and Services offered, and any damage caused through the fault of the Service Provider or their Personnel.<\/span>

\u00a7 7. Materials, Data and Final Provisions<\/b><\/h3>
7.1.<\/b> The Service Provider retains all rights to their name, logo, descriptions, photographs, and other materials provided. Following acceptance of the application, the Service Provider grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use these materials to the extent necessary to communicate and promote their participation in Dreamersland Festival 2027.<\/span>

7.2.<\/b> The Organiser processes personal data for the purposes of handling applications, conducting the selection process, entering into and performing the Agreement, financial settlements, ensuring safety, and establishing, pursuing, or defending legal claims. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is available in the<\/span> Privacy Policy<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>

7.3.<\/b> Questions and complaints concerning participation in the zone should be sent to hello@dreamersland.eu.<\/span>

7.4.<\/b> The Agreement is governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated by these Terms, applicable provisions of law, decisions of competent authorities, and the relevant provisions of the Festival Terms and Conditions and Mass Event Regulations shall apply.<\/span>
