General Terms and Conditions of Application and Participation in the FLOW Zone at Dreamersland 2027<\/b><\/p>\n

Version dated 9 September 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

FLOW is a space for brands, craftsmanship, art, objects, products and ideas. Submitting an application begins the selection process. Only once the application process has closed will Dreamersland select the partners who will come together to create a diverse and cohesive zone.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a7 1. Organiser and Festival<\/b><\/h3>\n

1.1.<\/b> The Organiser is DREAMERSLAND sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. \u017bega\u0144ska 21\/23, 04-713 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000990809, NIP 9522231708, REGON 523041221, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2.<\/b> Dreamersland Festival 2027 will take place at Za\u015bcianek Babie Lato, Ziemiary 56, 99-417 Bolim\u00f3w, Poland, from 4:00 PM on 14 July 2027 until 2:00 PM on 18 July 2027, hereinafter referred to as the “Festival”.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3.<\/b> These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for submitting an application, selecting partners and subsequent participation in the FLOW zone. Acceptance of these Terms is required in order to submit the Application Form, but does not in itself constitute acceptance of the application.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 2. Application, Selection and Conclusion of the Agreement<\/b><\/h3>\n

2.1.<\/b> Submission of the Application Form constitutes an application to participate in the selection process only. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, reservation of a space, conclusion of an agreement, or any obligation on the part of the Organiser to enter into a collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2.<\/b> The Organiser may receive significantly more applications than there are spaces available and will select a limited number of partners. Applications are not selected on a first-come, first-served basis. The aim is to create a cohesive and diverse FLOW zone. The selection process takes into account the quality and nature of the products or services submitted, the diversity of the zone as a whole, alignment with Dreamersland, safety, technical requirements, and the potential for effective collaboration during this edition.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3.<\/b> The Organiser may request additional information, documents, photographs, technical details, or a meeting. The rejection of an application does not constitute an assessment of the applicant as a person or of the value of their work, and does not give rise to any claim or entitlement to participate.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4.<\/b> A selected Exhibitor will receive confirmation of acceptance of their application by email (“Acceptance”). Only this message constitutes confirmation that the Exhibitor has been selected for the FLOW zone. The Organiser will not send a separate individual offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5.<\/b> Following the Acceptance, the Organiser will issue an invoice for the approved Package. The payment deadline is 14 days, unless a later deadline is specified on the invoice.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6.<\/b> The Agreement is concluded and the space is reserved once the invoice has been paid in full and on time. Failure to make payment will result in the Acceptance expiring and will entitle the Organiser to offer the space to another applicant.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.7.<\/b> The Agreement consists of the accepted part of the Application Form, the Acceptance, these Terms, the invoice, and any subsequent organisational instructions concerning technical and operational matters.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.5.<\/b> The Exhibitor must hold all permits and insurance required for the type of activity concerned, where required by law or by the nature of the risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 6. Withdrawal, Changes and Liability<\/b><\/h3>\n

6.1.<\/b> Once the Agreement has been concluded, the Exhibitor does not have an automatic right to withdraw without incurring costs. Withdrawal or absence does not entitle the Exhibitor to a refund unless the Organiser confirms an alternative arrangement in documented form or applicable law provides otherwise.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2.<\/b> If the Festival is cancelled, fees paid will be settled solely in accordance with mandatory provisions of applicable law. The Organiser will not cover preparation costs, travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of profit, or any other expenses incurred by the Exhibitor.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.3.<\/b> The Organiser may change the date, location, programme, schedule, or layout of the zone for significant production or safety reasons, due to decisions of competent authorities, or due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. If participation remains possible, such a change does not constitute grounds for a refund or any other claim.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.4.<\/b> Each Party is responsible for its own acts and omissions. The Exhibitor is responsible for its Personnel, stand, products or services offered, and any damage caused through the fault of the Exhibitor or its Personnel. Liability for intentional damage is not excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a7 7. Materials, Data and Final Provisions<\/b><\/h3>\n

7.1.<\/b> The Exhibitor retains all rights to its name, logo, descriptions, and materials. Upon Acceptance of the application, the Exhibitor grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such materials for the purpose of presenting the Exhibitor’s participation in the 2027 edition. Publication of a portrait or posed promotional material requires a separate legal basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2.<\/b> The Organiser processes personal data for the purposes of handling applications, selecting partners, entering into and performing the Agreement, financial settlements, safety, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.3.<\/b> All enquiries and complaints should be sent to hello@dreamersland.eu. The Organiser will respond without undue delay, generally within 14 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.4.<\/b> The Agreement is governed by Polish law. Mandatory provisions of applicable law, decisions of competent authorities, the Festival Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, the Mass Event Regulations take precedence over these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n
